Account and connected-service data

Email klay@kedapps.com with the account or business involved and the action you want. We will verify the request and explain any information needed to process it. Do not send a password, verification code, full payment number, or unnecessary identity documents.

Our public mailing address is KED LLC, 34 Marcia Rd, Wilmington, MA 01887, United States. We respond within applicable legal deadlines. If you need to appeal a refusal where an appeal right applies, email the same address with “Privacy appeal” and your request reference.

If Instagram is enabled for your business, sign in as an authorized Owner, choose the correct business, open Storefront, then Instagram, and select Disconnect. Confirm the business before continuing. A successful disconnect removes the protected access token and connected account binding and removes the Instagram grid from the storefront.

You can also remove Ovenward from the connected apps or business integrations area of your Meta account. If you cannot access your Ovenward business or need deletion beyond disconnecting, contact us. Integration availability depends on the permissions enabled for your business.

Disconnecting an integration does not delete your Ovenward account, products, drops, orders, or unrelated storefront content. Specify whether you want to disconnect a service, close an account, or request deletion of particular information.

We delete or deidentify information no longer needed after a verified request, subject to applicable law, unresolved orders, payments and disputes, security, consent evidence, and minimum records needed to honor opt-outs. Retained records remain protected and restricted to the reason for retention. Cached media and protected backups follow the applicable deletion process and backup lifecycle.

A merchant may control its own customer records and exported copies. We may assist the merchant or direct a request to it as appropriate. Read the Privacy and Messaging Notice for more information about data uses, retention, and your choices.
