Instagram connection and data deletion
Ovenward is a brand owned and operated by KED LLC. This page explains how an authorized vendor owner can disconnect an Instagram test connection and remove the connection data held by Ovenward.
Disconnect in Ovenward
Sign in to the Ovenward vendor portal as an Owner, choose the correct business, open Storefront, then Instagram, and select Disconnect. Confirm the business name before continuing. A successful disconnect removes the protected access token and connected account binding and removes the Instagram grid from that business's storefront without changing its other content.
Remove Ovenward in Meta
You may also remove Ovenward from the connected apps or business integrations area of your Meta account. Ovenward's provider callback is not enabled in the current development preview, so test users should also complete the in-portal disconnect above. Do not use this page as an automated callback status page.
Current development status
The development Instagram feed is provider-disabled and does not currently accept a real Meta access token or sync Meta media. Before provider access is enabled, Ovenward will add the verified automated removal callback, an opaque confirmation-code status route, and a reviewed privacy-request contact and retention schedule. Until then, this page is the public deletion-instructions URL for app setup and controlled tester review only.
Scope and retention
Disconnecting Instagram does not delete the vendor's Ovenward account, products, drops, orders, or unrelated storefront content. Ovenward will not claim that cached media is deleted until the reference-aware media deletion and retention process has completed its provider-policy and legal review.
Privacy notice
This controlled development integration remains subject to Ovenward's interim privacy notice. It is not approved for external vendors or production data. See the privacy notice for the limits of the current preview.
