Product preview terms
Ovenward is a product and brand owned and operated by KED LLC. This site and the invitation-only vendor workspace present an early product preview. They are not currently an offer of a live commerce service.
Operator
KED LLC is the legal entity that owns and operates the Ovenward brand and its provider accounts. Ovenward is the product name customers and vendors will see. This public relationship disclosure does not represent that Ovenward is a separate legal entity.
Sample experience
All stores, products, availability, prices, orders, pickup details, messages, and operational data shown in the interactive preview are fictional samples. The preview cannot take payment or create a real order.
Founding-cohort requests
Submitting the interest form does not guarantee access, set a launch date or price, or create an obligation for either party. Any product test will have separate written expectations.
Vendor account preview
Invited vendors may use phone verification to access a private staging workspace and create draft business, storefront, product, location, and drop information. An account does not publish a storefront or enable live inventory, customer messaging, orders, or payments. Phone verification sends only the one-time code needed for access. Vendors may separately choose an unchecked optional box for direct Ovenward account, payment, security, service, and support text updates. Consent is not required to create an account, make a purchase, or use Ovenward. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Merchant marketing and merchant customer messages require separate sender registration and consent. Access may be limited or withdrawn while the preview is tested.
No sensitive information
Do not enter payment details, passwords, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive data in the interest form or vendor workspace.
Launch review
Complete commercial terms, a support contact, and jurisdiction-specific provisions will be published before commercial availability. These interim terms require legal review before any external pilot.
