Ovenward Spark has no monthly fee. Its platform fee is 2% of merchandise subtotal plus $0.55 per order. On a $25 merchandise order, that is a $1.05 platform fee. Payment processing is separate; this example is not the total cost of accepting payment.

Choose around your ordering workflow.

Ovenward is built for bakers who sell scheduled food drops and want online ordering, stock limits and pickup in one place. It is especially relevant when messages, payment requests and spreadsheets make it difficult to see what you need to fulfill.

If your main problem is recipe scaling, ingredient purchasing, wholesale invoicing or a walk-in register, evaluate those requirements separately. A preorder platform does not automatically replace every production or accounting tool.

Questions from small bakery owners.

Can I use Ovenward for sourdough preorders?

Yes. Create a bread menu, limit the quantity of each loaf, set ordering deadlines and add pickup details. Leave enough time between the cutoff and pickup for your own fermentation, baking, cooling and packing process.

Do customers need to install an app?

Customers can open your storefront link and order in a web browser. Phone verification supports their account and order access.

Can I move my customer list from Hotplate?

Ovenward can stage customer contacts from a CSV for recognition after phone verification. That import does not transfer past orders, products, payment details, loyalty balances or marketing permission. Follow the customer-import steps before changing your ordering link.

Can I start taking paid orders immediately?

Selling requires business verification, approval and payment setup. Your business remains responsible for its own food-business requirements. Creating a software account does not replace those steps.
